I just got home from my consultation at Dr. O'Riordan's office in Des Plaines. I have to say that every single person was kind, courteous, and made me feel so much less anxious. Dr. O'Riordan has a wonderful calming manner about him. I had such anxiety just going in to discuss the procedures that I need to have done. I am totally at ease now and going back next Wednesday to have them done. I am so glad that my Internist recommended this doctor!
Direct knowledgeable..to the point. No nonsense...answers questions and addresses what is important and lovely bedside ...
Dr. O'Riordan is engaging and his personality helps to alleviate any anxieties. His staff - as well - is easy going and fun. I imagine their attitude can be misinterpreted by some as unprofessional, but I haven't had that experience. I recommend Dr. O'Riordan to all of my friends.
Everyone I dealt with was very kind and accommodating. Dr. O’Riordan was very thoughtful in explaining everything to me in an understandable manner. 5 star service.
