  Lived here for a year! The apartments are very nice, building is clean at all times. The leasing office is very nice and accommodating and the neighborhood is very quiet, definitely recommend.

  I have been living in these apartments for over 4 months now and I am extremely happy with my stay in this place. Location of these apartments is definitely a big plus. The apartments are very well maintained, great amenities and brilliant staff who are very welcoming. The experience of moving into the Glenview apartments has been extremely easy. Carlos in the management office has seen personally to that. He has been very helpful with the lease process as well as moving, and questions in general.
  
  Carlos took me on a tour of the building and showed me the apartments, after knowing what I was looking for. He is very professional, friendly, caring and informative. In fact, he became a good friend of mine, after I moved in. Thanks to Glenview apartments :)
  
  If you are looking for a new home, I would highly recommend these apartments. Ask for Carlos, he has been great.

  I've truly had a wonderful experience living at The Glen View. This is my first apartment and I have lived here for about four months. The leasing staff is very pleasant to work with and took the time to address all of my questions and concerns prior to moving in. They greet me warmly whenever I see them. The maintenance staff is quite exceptional in terms of professionalism, attention paid to detail, and speed of addressing an issue. I have found the community to be quiet and friendly as well. The building is kept extremely clean as was my unit when I moved in. I did not hesitate to rate five stars. Highly recommend.

  My boyfriend and I lived in this apartment for a year now and we renewed our lease this year. Overall we give a good rating!
  
  Pros
  
  1. The leasing office is helpful, they always handle your packages well.
  
  2. The room we are living is renovated so I really like the interior style.
  
  3. Everywhere in this building is clean, which is great, and we love the outdoor patio and swimming pool.
  
  4. The neighborhood is safe and convenient, we are like 5 minutes away from any places we go.
  
  5. The maintenance team is efficient, always fix things quickly.
  
  Cons
  
  1. We have to pay a pretty high bill on water, but we understand it, it’s a different neighborhood so different rules than Chicago city.
  
  2. Our rent goes up about $50 this year, which is okay but we don’t want it to go higher next year.
  
  3. You cannot have dogs here.
  
  4. Solicitors came to our building twice, which is creepy, but the management team handles it well, I assume there won’t be any in the future.

  Newly furnished and renovated building. Have been living for over 2 months now. Not a lot of complains like others - management has been really nice, quick to respond to any complaints. Except the elevators everything is new in the building. You don’t have control over the heat/ac (you can change the temperatures yes but it is either heat or ac depending on months).
  
  The huge light from the shopping complex next door does flood our living room with light.
  
  Plenty of parking space, well maintained gym, command areas and pool. Good people in leasing office. Convenient location - grocery, public transport, airport.

The Glen View

There is a $30.00 per dog and a $15.00 per cat monthly charge in addition to a $300 Non-Refundable Pet Fee. All dogs and cats must be spayed/neutered and have current vaccination records and tags.
