(May 18, 2018, 7:59 pm)I visited Dr. Tsipursky office 2 times. Svetlana's help was high quality and professional. She successfully helped me to resolve all issues I had.
If you decide to go to that office, be extremely careful with billing and paperwork. Don't trust it the front desk representative. Ask ahead of time how much money you will be billed after the visit and what codes they will submit to your insurance, ask for 2 things before calling to your insurance: 1) DIAGNOSIS CODES; 2) PROCEDURE CODES. Contact to your insurance, make sure the doctor is within the network (be specific), if the doctor's name doesn't come up, chances are the doctor is outside of your network.
When the problem with the insurance arose, Svetlana showed herself as a person who values customers and helps resolve the problems. Thank you, Svetlana! -
