(October 22, 2020, 11:51 pm)I took my car here 10/17/2020. They did a good job on my car for Radiator Flush and transmission fluid change. Ricardo was very courteous and have provided good customer service. I had forgotten to mention about my fog lights since I know 1 of them was out and he offered to check them and replaced it for free. Thank you again, I highly recommend them!

He showed me the part that needed fixing and he even offered to drive my child & I home so we didn't have to wait in lobby. Excellent service & I will definitely bring any future issues to Car-X.

(September 19, 2020, 3:20 pm)Best experience at a repair shop in 40 years experience. Very detailed diagnostic report. Courteous , respectful, attention to detail. Was able to observe repair process which was competent and careful. Respected interior with seat and floor coverings. Very fair (better) pricing compared to other local shops. Only 75 minutes total from my appointment time to drive away for entire rear brake service, and all stalls were full and more cars were arriving. I shall return ! !

(July 15, 2020, 4:13 pm)Ricardo is a fantastic asset to the Car-X organization. He is prompt, friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. I brought a Subaru in for a standard oil change because we were going out of town, not only did he do the oils change; he did a full road test ensuring our car was ready to go on the road and was safe! I then went back with our other vehicle and Ricardo was on vacation, well deserved, and he had all my information set up and ready to go so Tony would know what I was looking at without even having to worry! I appreciated that as it allowed for a smooth transition even though he was off of work, it was all taken care of! Thanks for providing such fantastic customer service! We will be back!
