  I highly recommend Matt Kondrat for any matter related to any property insurance claim. Very competent and highly knowledgeable. Daylight Adjusting was recommended by a friend and I couldn't be happier with the level of service they provided and their commitment to getting my claim to full approval by my insurance company. They were always available to take my calls and answer questions when I had them. I would highly recommend using these experts for any of your claims. They are the real deal !!!.

  We had a great experience with Matt. We were a bit reticent to agree to a public adjuster when it was first recommended to us by our builder. However, Matt's knowledge, professionalism, and quick response time, particularly in the early days following our house flood, were encouraging and reassuring to us. As someone else mentioned in another review, we were also impressed with his integrity throughout the process, which we were thankful for as we didn't want even a hint of attempting to get more than was due from our insurance claim. On the other hand, Matt very much knew what we should be getting in our settlement and brought in more than $50K beyond our original $32K settlement. We are grateful for his hard work on our behalf and would confidently recommend him to anyone.

  Daylight Adjusting been very good to me, the insurance denied my claim but they kept fighting them over a year and not giving up. Matt and Chris are very good knowledgeable people with integrity and did a great job keeping me updated throughout and Finally getting me full approval. They work to get the job that I needed done and I'll let them do any work for me and any of my friends any time.

  I have been in roofing business for over 20 years and have had my share of dealings with insurance companies of my clients. I have won some and lost some more. Recently, I have had two customers who were offered between $2-3K to do just repairs on their roofs.
  Matt and his team have negotiated $14,000 and $18,600 respectively that allowed complete roof replacements. I have very happy customers and Daylight Adjusting has my business for life
