  Always accommodate our dates and times. Water is warm, air is warm, facility is clean, there appears to be measurable milestones my kids need to reach, and my children are learning how to swim.

  Updating my review from below.
  The owner, Chris was really nice, spent time to listen to me and tried to resolve issues. Thank you again for responding on my review and letting me know that SOMEONE CARES. Glad that YOU are there for us. I would definitely try out again at Niles.
  My suggestion, calls need to be answered by front desk.
  
  Poor customer service, sold expired chips to my 23month daughter and when I found out and took it to the front, no one seemed to care. Took my kid for his scheduled lesson, his name wasn't there, wasted an hr, but this facility staff never apologize for any of their mistakes.

  Big Blue is fantastic. The instructors are patient and very cautious, and safety comes first. The water is warm, the facilities are clean, and staff is friendly. My son loves going every week! Makeup scheduling is easy too.

  This is a great school. I have been taking my kids here for over 6 months and could not be happier with the program they offer. Before coming here, my children took classes elsewhere for quite some time, but I did not see that much progress. After only 2-3 weeks of attending classes at Big Blue, there was clear improvement in both of my kids.
  The staff is simply great. They are very flexible with their schedule and they offer make-up classes every month. They try their hardest to work with everyone's schedule and get them the instructor of their choice. They are also very understanding when it comes to small children and their tantrums. They all have 5-10 min of fun and games at the end of each class, and one can easily tell that the children are enjoying this time.
  The best thing about their program is that children are promoted to the next level as soon as they figure out the moves, they do not keep any child in a class longer than they should. Since they charge by number of classes, this just shows they put their customers first and I appreciate that.
  My children have worked with Niko and Kenny and were very happy. Throughout the entire program, for both, their favorite instructor was Robert. These three instructors are simply great. They are genuine and one can easily tell that they are enjoying their job. I have many friends that bring their kids here that feel the same way. I highly recommend this place. They offer one free trial class for everyone.

  We are really happy with Big Blue. Both of my children take swim lessons there. The classes are small, so each child gets a significant amount of time with the instructor. The instructors seem to not only be qualified to teach swimming, but to teach swimming specifically to children. They are fun and encouraging. My three year-old son was terrified of the water. After four weeks of private lessons with Mike he is laughing, putting his face in the water, and learning to kick and float. After class he says, "That was fun!" He can't wait to go back again. For us it's money well spent. We love it.
