(September 21, 2010, 10:36 am)Dr. Hicken is very friendly and has a lot of experience. He took the time to explain my daughter's orthodontic needs and also is not rushing her into braces at 8 years old. He also wrote a long recommendation to my dentist so he would be aware of her orthdontic plan.
The office is not pushy and not overly expensive. I highly recommend this doctor.
