  I’m giving them a 5 star review because of my salesman. When you get in there, ask for Babylon...he’s a great guy who actually cares and talks to you like a human being, not a potential commission check. They worked with me to get my payments to where they needed to be. Everyone has different experiences, mine was great.

  Had a good experience buying a Q3. The sales staff was friendly and not pushy and we walked out with a fair deal. The facility was nice and modern as well. Would recommend this dealer.

  While i was very critical of this dealership in my earlier review, i have to also highlight the pro-active steps they took to make sure i was taken care off post the engine collapse...
  
  Veronica from customer support was quick to empathize with my situation and made sure i was taken care off in the best possible way by first assuring me that this dealership will do whatever is necessary to mend my situation.. She immediately set me up with a Loaner car and made me feel absolutely comfortable...
  
  Jose, the finance manager, stepped in to understand the situation and ensure his full support and gave his personal number to contact him if there is any need...
  
  Luke was considerate when he gave me a call the next day and empathized with my situation and checked with me if everything was fine with my family etc..
  
  It would be fair to say that Audi Mcgrath has done everything in its power to ensure a safe transition for me... I want to thank Veronica profusely for taking care of me and kept checking in with emails..
