  North Coast Sewer & Drainage installed a flood control system for my home. I highly recommend them because they adjusted their schedule to meet my need, offered competitive pricing (best of 4 quotes), did the work they said they would do (in one day), and included restoration of the front lawn at no extra charge. North Coast obtained the permit and handled the municipal inspection. The work crew were professional and tidy.
  
  What made North Coast stand out for me was how they handled additional work. They sealed the old interior check valve-pit - which I forgot to mention at time of quote - at no extra charge. A competitor, the ----tish plumber, wanted an additional $2,500 to seal the interior pit and perform unnecessary work - a pipe stint. I am happy that I called North Coast!

  I discovered my sump pump was dead on the night of Memorial Day (with only a touch of water backup, fortunately), and called North Coast first thing the next morning. The dispatcher was polite, and she was able to schedule a crew for that same afternoon. My relief was immense since overnight rain was in the forecast.
  
  Jesus and Johny arrived in the middle of the proposed service window, and they quickly had the old unit out and new one in its place. I also had them rod the discharge line since it had recently gotten partially clogged.
  
  North Coast was prompt, professional, and very reasonably priced. I will be going to them for a battery backup sump pump system in the near future.

  I made the mistake of calling Bishop plumbing first, they charged me $360 just to look at my lift station and quoted me $700 to rod out my sewer. North Coast came out, diagnosed and fixed my issue for less than Bishops “diagnosis”. Lesson learned, don’t call anyone else except Welter/North Coast.

  We've had North Coast Sewer three times complete three jobs for us now, and each time their service and price has been outstanding. They repaired a collapsed sewer line for us in a single day, including re-pouring the concrete and fixed up a sink faucet and burst pipe for us last spring. More recently, we had some water in the basement and they were able to send someone out that morning on short notice, and cleared up the blockage immediately. Especially appreciate that their guys take the time to explain the issue and how they're fixing it. Highly recommend!
