  I was referred to Sam (Climatech Plumbing and Drain Service, Inc.) by a family member. Sam has been her reliable plumber for years. Sam was able to schedule a free estimate visit right away and he arrived on time as scheduled. Sam practiced safety precautions like wearing a mask and social distancing. I had an ongoing and unresolved issue of not having water to a walk-in shower. I’ve had 2-3 plumbers in that didn’t provide the service and expertise as Sam. Sam was able to access the issue and provide a plan and an estimated cost. He was able to provide a scheduled date to come back and do the work with a proposal written up. Sam arrived on time and ready to work on the scheduled date. He worked and restored water to my shower with an install of new copper pipes and a faucet. He installed new pipes in the wall and in the crawl space. He also installed a new shower head. While Sam was in the crawl space he noticed the toilet was dripping and possibly had a o ring that was going bad. Sam notified me and gave me a recommendation. I ended up having Sam to change the wax ring on the spot to prevent further damage to my floor from water damage. I would definitely recommend Sam for anyone looking for a knowledgable and dependable plumber.

  Sami was referred to me by a friend and was easy to work with. Very responsive, timely and got the work done as promised.

  Sewer line was clog up and Sam came out to unclog it. He was very nice, professional, and know what he doing. Got it unclog pretty fast.

  Used Sami to do a switch value replacement in one of my rental properties. It was a little bit of a strange sort of “clean-up/catch-up” from another plumber who was diagnosed with cancer mid project. He came out right away, his price was super fair, and he figured out what had been done previously. I am definitely calling him for my next job!

  Sam is excellent. He has helped me twice with plumbing issues and is very quick, professional, knowledgeable, and fair. The most recent visit he was able to show up within a couple hours to fix a DIY mistake I made. In the future I will go to him from the start.

  These guys are great. Other plumbers told us that our clog was past a T-joint and that they couldn't rod past it... We were facing thousands of dollars to replace all kinds of piping. We called Climatech, and the guy was able to rod past the T and pull out a baseball-sized ball of muck. Call these guys before you start ripping down walls.
