I bought several hundred dollars worth of flooring only to discover once I'd gotten it home that the guys in the loading dock had given me the wrong thing. They took everything back, gave me what I'd originally purchased, and a supervisor even came in on his day off to make sure I was given the correct materials. They also gave me lots of excellent advice about my flooring project and helped me find something cheap and easy to install myself.
