  It’s always busy but they always take walk ins. The wait time is anywhere from 20-1hr. I had issues with my laptop in which it would not let me recover or reinstall OS X. The guy that helped me used one of their special wires to fix the issue. I was there for a good be until it installed. The guy ended up helping someone else while my laptop was almost done and when it was I wasn’t sure if I could just leave. I had to ask another employee there. It’s nothing big to complain about but I had wish I was being completely helped before taking on another customer or at least checked up on before he had started helping the other customer.

  Had issues with my iPad; NICOLE and CONNOR were absolutely wonderful to work with. Highly recommend. Polite, professional, pleasant, high level of product knowledge, and very good at communicating the what's/why's/how's. Very appreciative of their help!!!

  I had a few issues while trying to replace my phone today. I was getting very disappointed in the process and noticed several people receive there phone before me even though I arrived earlier. The manager Russ made up for the negative experience I was having with a level of professionalism you don’t see in corporate retail these days. I can honestly say if it wasn’t for his response this would have been the last phone I purchased from Apple:
