  I've been bringing my Mercedes and BMW to North Pointe for several years. They've done very good work for me and have been great to work with. I highly recommend this shop.

  They do good quality work for BMWs and Mercedes. It's much cheaper than going to the dealership. Tim helped me pair my phone so I could use hands-free calling.

  I worked with Adam on a pre-purchase inspection for a car I was considering buying. I'm not from the area, so I needed someone to look at the car before flying in to purchase it. Adam did a very thorough inspection, had a great report and detailed pictures of any issues noted. All at a very reasonable price. He was very responsive when I called initially to setup the inspection, and was able to coordinate with the seller directly to perform the inspection. After sending me the inspection report he called to see if I had any further questions. Amazing service all the way around.
