We went to Home Depot and Best Buy in the same morning, saw the same models, and were treated so much better and with so much more care at Abt that we will be lifelong customers! Rob took wonderful care of us, making sure we had the best deal on our new stove, and putting in our preferred delivery time... Definitely go to Abt, they are worth any drive!

(December 30, 2018, 6:38 pm)Pricing and service(delivery) were very good. I knew exactly what I wanted to purchase so it was really just a matter of the best pricing and delivery options. I ordered my Whirlpool 21 cu ft fridge over the phone and it was delivered promptly as scheduled. I probably could have gotten delivery sooner at other times of the year however the old fridge died just before Xmas.

We only shop there and recently replaced both our washer and dryer - got a great deal, wonderful to work with the sales rep (Mac - very pleasant experience, including quickly solving an issue that popped up), and service/installer personnel very good to work with. I believe we have now purchased 6 appliances - all with same great experiences.

The man that helped us gave a $100 gift card to help us buy the TV that we wanted which was super nice. He answered all the questions that we needed. He wasn’t pushy or tried to oversell. It was all a very natural sale. He ultimately just wanted us to be happy with what we were buying. I love coming here. Especially for the warm cookies they give out for free!!!
