I went to see Dr. Portland for a shoulder problem. From my first visit to my last, I knew he was listening, that he cared, and I trusted him to do the best thing for me. (The complete opposite of my previous experience with a doctor from another practice.) Dr. Portland worked with Dr. Chehab to perform a full shoulder replacement on me. I cannot recommend Dr. Portland more highly - and I do to everyone I know.
