“Pauline was our server for the evening and she was phenomenal. She was great at guiding us through the menu, ensured that the prime rib was cooked to preference. She is very attentive , professional, great hospitality, and friendly. The prime rib was tender and the fascia was broken down with minimal chewing. Chicken was chargrilled was terrific. Chop steak was buttery and flavorful. French onion soup it was lovely. Rice pudding was rich, crunchy and toffee coated. Would come back again”

Not only is her work out of this world, but she is an absolutely pleasant and easy going person who was there to answer all of our questions along the way (as well as deal with my anxious, pestering attitude). Furthermore, what you pay for the flowers is meager in comparison to the gorgeous outcome. Nina has a blantant love for her trade and it is evidenced through her masterpieces, which bring so much joy to people's special days. We are so thankful to have had Nina and her husband be part of our special day in such a monumental way.”
