But they came through even though it was a small order; they saw the importance of it. Thank you and especially to "Queen Elizabeth" for all her patience!

Our department ordered whole bunch of jackets and mine came in different size, which was not this companies fault at all.I emailed customer service to see if anything could be done and I was reached out by the owner in less then an hour saying that he already resolved my issue. I am so glad that our department went with this company. Also as business owner, I am really satisfied how great this company handled everything and will definitely send more businesses towards them.
