(August 27, 2019, 6:26 pm)Nice place with animals in cages to look at. All animals are disabled or rescued that wouldn't otherwise survive in the wild. Nice walking trails. Spaces for little kids outside in the garden as well as a play area inside. The museum style interior has fish, turtles and some birds and snakes on small scale displays. Very cool place that we happened upon.
(August 17, 2019, 7:18 pm)Really nice park. Plenty of space to walk. End to end is almost a mile, so it's a good hike for workout purposes.

Wood Oaks Green Park is part of our Tree and Bench Donation Program. Bench donations either be used to replace an aging bench, or they can provide a new bench in an available open space. A bronze donor recognition plaque is attached to the seatback of each bench.
