  My family has been going to Shelle Jewelers for new pieces, and for repairs, for decades. They have a very knowledgeable, family owned team that works together to deliver outstanding service. They will help you select a special gift at any price point, and they have a great mix of more "basic" and high style designs. The pricing at Shelle is consistent, there are no games going on. They want to be trusted, go-to jewelers and they are.
  
  I recently inherited a very special ring that has been worn and loved, and damaged, by 3 women before me. Brian brought me so much peace of mind with his in depth explanations about the ring's mounting and the older style cuts on the stones. As they always do, the ring was repaired and brought back to its best condition, by in-house staff who work side by side with the customer service associates, no detail was missed, and my expectations to be wowed were met!   Brian was amazing and so patient with me as I tried to figure out my wedding band reset for my 10th wedding anniversary. I was not sure what I wanted and he helped me through the process. He just wanted me to be happy and satisfied. I will be a loyal customer and refer him to all my friends! Love my new ring!!

  We were just driving by and found this place and by far, the people here are the most friendliest, most helpful people that we’ve ever had the pleasure of doing business with.   The engagement ring process went as well as possible, the people at Shelle are great! They walked me through the whole thing, helped answer all of my questions, found a perfect stone and design for what I was looking for, all at an incredibly fair price. They made final adjustments to the ring with a 1-day turnaround time which was amazing and then helped size the ring perfectly after the big day. Working with Shelle was really enjoyable, and I could not recommend them highly enough!

  I was referred to Shelle from a friend and was extremely pleased with the whole experience. I was shopping for an engagement ring with little direction. Brian took time to understand about my situation. With his expertise and guidance, we picked out a beautiful diamond and customized a setting. My fiance and I have received an abundance of compliments on the ring. I couldn't be happier with the overall experience.
