(May 14, 2021, 5:14 pm)I have had an ongoing positive experience with Tanner Motors over the past year. Initially, I brought my Audi Q7 in for a second opinion after having the dealer dx damaged engine mounts at 35k mi. They were able to confirm some of the claims made by the dealer and offer a competitive cost for replacement. I have since returned for repairs for a rear window shade, and now a blown cylinder. Both Derrick and Chris have been immensely helpful and straight forward with the extent of repair and whether the repair should be completed and who by. I have never encountered a repair shop that is as reliable, honest and knowledgeable as this shop. Well done guys.
(April 28, 2021, 1:47 am)Tanner Motors & Repairs has always been my “go to place “ for annual auto maintenance and all necessary major and minor auto repairs. I can rely on fair assessments, quality work and reasonable costs. I trust the staff with maintaining my vehicles in top notch working condition. I will continue to patronize Tanner Motors & Repairs.
(March 21, 2021, 6:09 pm)Flew in from out of state to buy an Audi and had Tanner Motors perform a pre-purchase inspection and then an oil change once I took delivery. I had a list of model specific items that I wanted them to review in addition to their normal inspection criteria. They provided me with an in-depth web based report of their findings including the specific items I requested be looked at. Once I arrived at the shop to get the oil changed, everyone was friendly and knowledgeable and they let me inspect the car while on the lift and shared their experiences with similar model Audi's. If I was local I wouldn't hesitate to have them work on my vehicles.
(January 25, 2021, 12:57 pm)These guys are genuinely concerned about your safety and the proper maintenance of your car. Their deep roots are in Volvo and they know them better than anyone. Owner Chris is one of the techs, speaks volumes about his love of his business and his customers. They will thoroughly inspect and make recommendations without pressure to sell you anything you don’t really need. They bring you out into the shop and walk you through everything they find.
Service Advisor Derrick is amazing!
A real pleasure, customer for life!
