“While I didn't get a car wash from them, I pulled in to fill up my car and get some lotto tickets and a soda. After parking at the pump, a worker came over and asked if I needed a car wash or was just fueling up, very nice and cordial. Didn't try to sell me on anything either which is a huge plus. The last thing anyone needs is another salesperson sniping you. Anyways, the inside of the convenience mart was the cleanest of any I've seen in my life. The fountain drink station had no spills, everything was in its right place, and most importantly, the drink tasted like it came from a bottle (not the, unfortunately, typical, flat, watered-down kind most places have). The lady who rang me up was sweet and pleasant. It's an easy place to get in and out of and was busy at 2:30 on a Monday. Very well coordinated, not packed, ample parking and 5 star service.”

“The Trainers!! and the design of the program that allows you to show up at any time and get a workout in!! The Northbrook, Illinois trainers are super special and unbelievably skilled. They know your mentality and how to get the most out of each of your workouts.... sometimes they run into the ground.... other times they motivate you ..... other times they nudge you along ...... very accommodating to injuries and limitations, too! Super, super great organization. The 9 Rounds Circuit Program is also great..... sometimes you just want to hit something.... other times Go Heavy Lifts.... other times, "Sucking Air!!!" 9 rounds makes my crabby grumpy self in the mornings ..... turn into ...... a refreshed and enthusiastic kid..... ready to take on the day's challenges...... All in 30 minutes! Don't be intimidated! Just come on in and join the fun!”

“Dr. Malhotra is one of the best doctors I have ever encountered. I feel so lucky to be apart of her practice and to have somehow found Heal N Cure. She gives you solutions that work! Her office staff is also incredibly friendly and professional. I stay at home with my newborn son and have to bring him to appointments sometimes, especially when they are short and I don't feel like dropping him at my in-law's or parent's house. I appreciate that I can bring him with me to her office (he is a very good boy, which helps) and her entire staff makes us feel welcome. I leave Heal N Cure with a new lease on life every time I go in. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Malhotra to anyone looking for a great doctor who thinks in terms of PREVENTATIVE medicine and not treating problems as they get worse and worse.
