  Between my two dogs, we've seen Dr. Wilson for three knee surgeries. I will NOT go anywhere else! The client care specialists are wonderful, they make you feel like your pet is top priority. Dr. Wilson is an incredibly skilled surgeon who explains every procedure in detail and his technician Kati really knows her stuff and is one of the most compassionate people I have ever met. The drive is about an hour away, but totally worth it for my pups! Thanks BluePearl!

  This place is amazing. Lucy had a serious case of pancreatitis recently and my vet referred us here because they have 24/7 intensive care and specialists who can do ultrasounds. I'm used to an awful experience at ER vets but this place is different. From the first evaluation, the staff here was genuinely concerned about my dog and also me as I was freaking out. They thoroughly reviewed their recommendation for care and all the costs involved and I ended up hospitalizing my dog. Dr. McLaughlin, Dr. Fox and all the nurses and staff were good at keeping me updated about my dog's condition and were accommodating whenever I called or visited (my dog was there for 5 days). The team here is special and impressively coordinated despite all the shift changes that happen with 24/7 care. When I visited everyday I could tell they were taking great care of Lucy doing their best to make her comfortable and trying to get her to eat by hand-feeding. Dr. McLaughlin was especially fantastic and always took extra time with me explaining all the treatments and keeping me updated on Lucy's condition. It could have gone either way and they saved Lucy's life. I am eternally grateful. I can't imagine going through this experience anywhere else. This is the gold standard of pet care.
