Dr. Boas is extremely passionate and dedicated to his patients. Anyone who is cared for by Dr. Boas is truly blessed. The support he providers to his patients and their family is unheard of. He listens to his patients to understand how best to overcome whatever obstacle they might be battling. His experience allows him to treat each patient in a way that’s best for them - bc every patient is different. He fights for his patients to make sure they’re they’re handled with care (when dealing with other hospitals or insurance companies). He truly puts his blood, sweat, and tears in his work. What else can you ask for? A longer wait time in the office is a small sacrifice for the impeccable care he provides. Not sure how he manages to care for so many patients the way that he does. I can’t say enough good things about this doctor. I trust and respect him with my life and my families. He is nothing less than wonderful and we’re lucky to have him in our lives. Thank you, Dr. Boas!
I have asthma and have been a patient of Dr. Boas for about 6 years now. I don't know how to put into words how thankful and impressed I am with Dr. Boas and his office. Whenever I have an appointment I feel like my voice is heard and my opinions are taken into consideration. Tests are explained to me and I get a better understanding of what is going on with my lungs. My breathing is under control and I feel 100% safe in trusting them with my health care. I can confidently say he is such an amazing doctor and feels like family to me. Simply put, the level and quality of care received is unparalleled to any other doctors I have been to.
Dr Boas has been my doctor for 23 years, and never in those 23 years have I ever considered seeing anyone else. He's seen me through my worst, most difficult times, never giving up on me as if I were his own child. It would take up too much time to list all the times he's fought with insurance for me, coordinated my care with other specialists for me, and even sent me happy birthday texts. If you have CF this is the doctor you want to see. I can't thank him enough for all he's done.
I have been seeing Dr. Boas for almost all of my life. If you want a doctor who takes the time to get to know you and your family. If you want a doctor who will actively search for the cause of your issues and not just throw medications at it. If you want a doctor who won't just treat you like a number, this is the doctor for you. He and his office staff are like family. I know he has my best interests at heart and he cares about his patients.
Dr. Boas is an Awesome Pediatric Pulmonary Dr. we have been seeing him since our daughter was a few weeks old she is now 13.5. we had a micro preemie born at 23 weeks weighed only 1#3oz Dr. Boas listed to our concerns and we came up with a game plan - the 1st couple years was extremely rough but he helped to get us thru it and my daughter is doing fabulous - she is a tough cookie but his thinking outside the box going against traditional therapies has helped our daughter to live as normal a life as any 13 year old but the difference was she was born with almost no lung tissue. Thank you Dr. Boas! only negative some people see is that you have to allow 2-3 hours for your appointment but I am making that very small sacrifice to get the best possible care available for my child - He and his staff are awesome - Thank you again Dr. B!
