    I’ve had nothing but a positive experience with Ryne and John. Not only are they knowledgeable but their program works. I lost 15 pounds slowly by eating their food- and they have good gluten-free options, adding more vegetables to my diet and making much better choices. If you stick to the plan it works! I’ve even traveled and have been able to maintain. They’ve helped me gain my confidence back, look and feel better and get healthier all around. They always are positive and encouraging- they never make you feel bad if you’ve had a bad week. Today I’m looking forward to beginning my journey with them to lose my next ten pounds.     I needed to lose weight so my doctor suggested this weight loss center and I couldn't be happier that he did. This program was simple to follow and I happen to really like a lot of the food. The chocolate muffins they have are one the best products and I now eat them almost every day.

    It works! Better then any other diet I have ever tried. What I appreciated the most was the simplicity. I did not lack discipline or desire. I lacked a set of rules that were straight forward. Your Loss Your Gain provided that set of rules. I knew exactly what I could eat & what I could not eat. The weeks I lost weight I adhered to the rules. A few random weeks I did not lose, surprise surprise, I had not follow the rules!

    This program works if you stick with it. My doctor mentioned Your Loss Your Gain and its just what I needed. It is a good jump start if you’re looking to shed that 5 - 10lbs, and inspires you to stay on track as you see the pounds and fat drop. I think this is the best thing that has happened to me!
    John is wonderful and follows up to make certain I am comfortable and confident every step of the way.
