“Best automotive shop I've been to. These guys know exactly what they're doing - and probably should give classes to other mechanics. I had a chronic problem with my Saab 9-3 starter: battery kept draining, but erratically. Took the car repeatedly to "specialists," including dealer, and all they kept doing was replacing the battery. After a lot of frustration, took the car to JERS and they started off brilliantly trying "differential diagnosis." They explained everything to me breaking down what they were doing without any disdain for my lack of knowledge. Their specialist limitations - who anymore is fitted out for servicing a SAAB? - kept them from actually repairing, but they pinpointed exactly what needed to be done so I could tell the dealer exactly what to do. Problem solved. These guys are so knowledgeable, so friendly and their prices for repair are absolutely reasonable. I'd like to keep them a secret, but they deserve all the success they can manage. Just stellar. I only wish I'd written this review sooner.”

“I would give 10 stars if I could! I was planning my wedding and wanted to keep my invitation budget low so I decided to create my own wedding invitations, but needed to find a place who could print them for me efficiently and professionally. So I took to Google and found this local Print Shop in Glenview and I am so glad I did! I stopped in one day to talk to Alex (owner) about my design idea, if I needed to provide my own paper, the option to print in color (AND double sided), and how he would like the file given to him (via PDF & USB or Email). He gave me all the information I needed without hesitation, told me I didn't need to buy paper (MAJOR BONUS) - he had 100lb white & could print in color, and that he could provide me with envelopes too!! I was ecstatic with the news! The cherry on top was that it was all for a price that could not be beat (especially after I used the "W" word- which was a miracle). After our meeting I returned 6 months later with my USB in hand and invitation ready for print (5x7, double sided, and in color). He gave me a proof, and I discovered I needed to edit a few formatting items. So I went home, did some edits and emailed it back to him. Once everything was final, he had my invitations printed in record time. Through the whole process he was nothing but patient, helpful, and flexible with me as I made my final decisions and edits. Alex was so easy to work with and really cared about the final product. He was honest, genuine and seemed to have my best interest in mind. I would 100% recommend his work for your next print job. If you are a creative soul and need a good printer to get the job done- this is the place to go! Check out his website, he does a variety of printing projects too- not just invites! :)”

“Found this listing when I needed A/C service late June 2014. Had used them before the and was not thrilled. Saw that it had changed ownership so took a chance based on Yelp write ups. . Called and talked with Brandon, who was very helpful. It was 1:00pm ish pm on a Friday and didn't expect a service call, but was pleasantly surprised. Tech scheduled for 2:30, was a few minutes late but Brandon called to keep me informed. Jeff, the tech, went right to work, diagnosed, found the problem, told me what he needed to do, got my ok, did the work and was pleasant and efficient. Did not try to push extra services. Asked hm to check the A/C coolant and found it was low. Coolant expensive, but was needed. Basic charges start around $95.00 for the call, but includes trip and 1/4 diagnostic. Charges by 1/4 hour. He made sure all was working okay before leaving. Will definitely use this company and recommend to friends.”

“After several unsuccessful attempts to fix my Whirlpool dryer, I hit an end pass and decided to call in a professional. I found B & W by doing a quick Google search, and boy am I grateful. Bob is a true professional providing straightforward logic and advise for the job. He quickly determined it was either the main board or motor. He swapped out the motor, which thankfully he had on his truck (HUGE DEAL), and wah-lah, the dryer worked! Thanks again Bob!”
