Clean environment for the most part. Has everything you can think of. I go there for dog and rabbit food. There are very playful and adorable cats waiting to be adopted. Honestly, wish I could take every pet home.

The staff here is very friendly! I spoke with Craig when I went in to look for new pet food for my cat and he was super helpful. He gave me a variety of different options and helped me select a wholesome, affordable brand for my cat. My cat is reacting well to his new food. Craig also helped me pick out a pumpkin purée product to help with my cat’s digestion. Thanks for all your help Craig! I look forward to visiting the store again.

Thanks Paul for all your help on my new pup. Gave me great advice on nutrition and snacks as well as a coupon book which saved me 50 percent on the Merrick dog food. Very helpful and friendly staff. Definitely go back.

Well laid out with signs high up so you can see what isle you need without having to search for whatever your looking for. Always nice to see the animals on display and they always appear to be well taken care of and happy. Prices can be a little on the high side for certain things but they often have sales on. Would have given 5 stars but there is not enough staff on at a time so it can be hard to find assistance if you need it it can take awhile to get served to although the staff that are there are always happy to help if they can and seem knowledge about the animals they have and the products they sell.

So helpful and knowledgeable! We were so comfortable that we signed up both our puppies for classes with them. They grooming staff was very welcoming. Even though our one puppy is very timid she was willing to go with their staff. The other puppy was also perfectly fine.
