Mike helped me take a fun, easy, scientific, and factual approach to eating healthy. He's very no BS and no "bro science" when it comes to healthy eating advice and I can't thank him enough for all I've learned from him. Ask him a question and he'll tell you like it is. Best dietician I've worked with for sure. 💯

I saw Michael for several months and he is the best at what he does. He is extremely professional and varies his approach based on what is needed both nutritionally and personally. For me, that meant starting small and working our way up since I can get easily overwhelmed if I try to implement too many changes at once.

At this point, I have been able to take his teachings and understand what I need to be doing for myself. Through his focused efforts with me, I have increased my protein intake, decreased sugar cravings, increased my positive eating habits during the weekends, and made other positive nutritional changes.
