(September 5, 2019, 7:50 pm)I can't believe I hadn't come across Compass Eye Care until recently. What a hidden gem this spot is. Went in for a routine exam and to try out some new contacts. The experience from initial contact through ordering has exceeded my expectations. I mean, they send you away with chocolate and other small gifts. C'mon. What eye care place does this? Maybe it's just me. But I would definitely recommend Dr. Tan and the Compass team for your eye care needs.

(May 19, 2019, 8:41 pm)Cannot say enough good things about this place. Best Eyecare I have ever received. Dr. Tan and his associate doctor Dr. Serenda are thorough and very friendly. The entire staff was friendly and professional and worked with me to find the best frame and contact lens fits. Most of the frames they carry are a bit pricier but they do have a nice selection of lower cost glasses to choose from as well. I did end up paying more than I expected to but the frames are unique and I just fell in love with them. Compass will be my eyecare place for as long as I am in the state!

(February 1, 2018, 11:31 am)I went here for my first time this January(2018) after moving to the Oak Park area. My wife did some research and found Compass Eye Care to be highly recommended. It's safe to say that she was 100% correct. The staff and optometrist I had the opportunity to interact with were very prompt, diligent, and professional. My exam was thorough and the results from each part were explained to me in a way I could understand. I highly recommend having your next eye appointment here and you won't want to go anywhere else.
