Was referred here for ultrasound and cell free dna testing by my OB. I read the Google reviews prior to my visit and was slightly nervous, but was pleasantly surprised with my experience. Staff was wonderful and friendly. I didn't wait more than 10-15 minutes after my paperwork was completed.
Contrary to all other reviews. I went in expecting this to be a horrible experience. And came out without any problems. They had no trouble getting me in. We forgot the order for the ultrasound and was late upon arrival but that was not a problem. We were the only ones waiting. We got right in and the ultrasound technician (i hope im not underwhelming her title) was really nice and was into our experience which made it easier to be in the moment. The doctor came in very neutral and unpersonal. Looked at my stomach for 3 seconds and blurbed some doctor info and walked out...he wasnt unprofessional though. Overall, i was suprised and happy with my experience and grateful the staff treated me wonderfully. You could tell the receptionist and the technicians work well together.
Staff was really nice only waited 15minutes. Baby wasnt corrperating so she come back and try again to see if we could get a better picture.
