These people are freaking lifesavers!
I broke my MacBook Air right before my online finals and legit no other place could fix it in enough time Due to covid I called them and they legit found me a screen and had it fixed in like an hour
I would HIGHLY recommend them

This place is more than helpful and seems to actually care about their customers. Jeff has been awesome. Purchased a MacBook Air in Feb. 2020 and went I walked in Jeff was ready to fill me with valuable knowledge and find the right product for my purposes. He advised me to go with a cheaper/slightly older model rather than the newer/more expensive one because of the fact that the older one had better specs and would suit me better. Fast forward to now. My laptop needs to have some simple repairs and I filed a claim through the CPS warranty I bought. CPS told me to ship it to New York but that was not reasonable for someone who needs it everyday. I called Jeff back and he ordered the part for next day delivery and quoted me a fantastic deal. He treated me like a friend rather than a customer and I will bring my business to this place indefinitely.

The staff at Experimax are top notch. Not only were they incredibly knowledgable, they were also incredibly approachable. With great guidance - and I'm sure a lot of patience on their end for all the questions I was asking! - they addressed all of my issues. When I called almost a month later for a follow up question they remembered my case and were able to immediately answer my inquiry. Absolutely phenomenal people, and I would definitely drive the 4 hours again for this service!

I recently had an issue with my Mac and was thinking it may need more speed. It’s an older model MacBook Air and I just wanted to make sure it was running right after getting a few viruses. The gentlemen were SO WONDERFUL. They not only ran some diagnostics but they also showed me some tips and tricks to seeing how I can tell when it may be time to upgrade. Not only did they not try to sell me on anything, which was super refreshing, they took the time to educate me on the machine which rarely happens at the big box stores.
Also, the saw my older phone with a cracked screen and offered to buy it from me. I left with peace of mind and a few extra bucks in my pocket.
Overall a great experience and I would recommend them highly.

This review is late in coming. I needed a new laptop a few months ago, but didn’t want to but new one yet. I live in Chicago, but the Experimax closest to me was closing with little inventory left. After talking to the owner, Gary?, I was convinced to drive out to Orland Park because of his friendly disposition and assurance he had what I needed. He was right. I bought a used laptop and had windows and other software installed on it the same day. The staff were professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The owner’s son even held an umbrella over me as I walked out to my car. Exceptional service and great prices!
