I had the best experience here, Bianca and Richard are the best of best. The best customer service you could ever ask for. They took such great care of me and totally exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend.

Very nice staff but do not know what they are doing. I was told they had no idea what was wrong with a phone I just bought from them and was handing me back the phone. Saying I don't know what to tell you, this was Bianca and a fellow. They both had to keep calling the boss. I was not leaving if that phone did not work right. If they do not know what to do they just tell you to get an upgrade. Not too technical. The boss is never there to talk with and store phone listed is disconnected. VERY DISAPPOINTED AND FRUSTRATED. ONE DAY THE BOSS MAY BE IN SO I COULD SPEAK WITH HIM. All they want to do is make a sale, have a problem buy a phone. Would not recommend.

I went into this store with a slew of questions about upgrading to an Andriod phone with OS 10. The Manager Bianca gave me amazingly professional, friendly and courteous advice and assistance. She started off by changing my four phone account to a less expensive plan. She then patiently explained and demonstrated my upgrade options and then quickly took care of the data transfer from my old phone to the new one I purchased. I have never before had such a thoroughly delightful experience dealing with a cell phone company representative. Bianca did a great job for me.
