  Crosswords Dental is the most proficient, welcoming dental practice that you will ever be fortunate enough to find. The staff is knowledgeable, caring and always ready to accommodate patient's needs. Dr. Koch is wonderful. She is an expert in her profession while caring and comforting. I have always been very nervous when having to walk into a dentist office. Since starting with Dr. Koch about 12 years ago, nerves are a thing of the past. My families dental work that she has completed, including preventative care, fillings, expertly crafted crowns and dentures have been all above our expectations and pain free. It is always a pleasure to visit Crossroads Dental and Dr. Koch.

  I have been going to Dr. Koch's office for almost 15 years now and can't find the words to describe how happy I am with the people and the dental work. Dr. Koch and her staff have always made the process simple, explaining advanced concepts in simple terms I can understand, and customizing my treatment to me. The referrals to specialists have always turned out to be some of the best in the area, as well.

  I always have a great experience when going to visit Dr. Koch and her team. They are professional, friendly, and demonstrate great care for their patients. During my last visit for a cleaning I was able to sample a new take home teeth whitening product that I was very happy with. It was easy to use and provided great results.

  I have been going to Crossroads Dental ever since it opened. Originally I lived down the street making it very convenient. However, now I live in Phoenix and still make sure I go to visit Dr. Koch twice a year when I visit Chicago. The care from the entire staff is amazing! Kelly makes billing and insurance easy to understand; while Sharon, Roseanne and Dr. Koch ensure the dental care is thorough and pain-free. Thanks for making sure my smile shines bright!

  Going to the denist has always been a stressful feeling for me as a child and never something I looked forward to. I searched 4 years to find a denist and professional I could trust and finally a good friend referred me to Dr. Koch (Jen), well I have been her patient for over 14 years as well as my family and each of us have the ultimate respect for her professional manners and great staff that are always friendly and accommodating to our schedules!
  Respect, professional and caring...yep that sums it up!
