    Been here for 3 years. We’ve had a smooth experience, but you have to ask for Kirsten. Don’t even attempt to talk to anyone else. She is fantastic and she gets things done. If you want a great experience request Kirsten. These are lovely apartments and maintenance is great. Bourbon square: give Kirsten a raise because she is seriously holding the whole fort down.

    Love this place. Masanori is a champion and knows his drinks. Had a great night here and would definitely return.

    Its getting better with time. Make sure you see your apartment before you move in. I got to see mine one day before and at that point you can't turn back. Had minor issues but most were resolved. They are working hard on trying to keep the outside clean because of dog waste. I love my big apartment. Garage rental I think is a little expensive for one car
    I have lived here a little over one year. Maintenance is quick to respond and so is leasing office

    Highly recommend Bourbon Square!!! Kristen in the front office is the primary reason for me signing a lease. She is extremely professional and goes above and beyond to make accommodations and move in seamless. Sienna is great to work with and super friendly as well! Thanks again Kristen for being sooooo helpful!
