Lisa Peterson, who is his office manager is a delight to work with. She is cheerful, organized and smart. Margaret, who also works in the office, is also amazing. They are like family to me. I have recommended them to friends who also like working with them for their insurance needs. They have never let me down!!

(May 24, 2016, 5:37 pm)I switched my insurance coverage to State Farm because of the many positive recommendations I received about John James and his personal service and reputation for being an honest agent. I was not disappointed.
Unfortunately I had to make a claim and John and his staff could not have been more responsive in keeping me up to date each step of the way. John's advise was appreciated and his knowledge was certainly apparent in our dealings. I would certainly recommend him to my friends.
