  I went into Stephens and talked to Chris. He was very helpful and they got my car fixed in a very good time and for a very reasonable price. They have excellent customer service and are worth taking your vehicle into!!!

  Very courteous and professional. The staff at Stephens Automotive provide excellent customer service and the mechanics are trustworthy in the service they provide.
  Edit: Had the opportunity to have my car worked on again at Stephens Automotive. I was really impressed with how quickly they diagnosed the problem, got the parts and were able to repair the car. Thank you for the quick, efficient work Stephens Automotive! I'll never take my car anywhere else!!

  Joe and his entire crew are top notch. I have worked with him both as a client and in a partnership capacity and he has shown the utmost respect for both my vehicle and the entire Palatine Community. This shop is detailed, fair, and helps teach and talk through any issues. Joe and the Stephens Automotive team are essential to Palatine and are part of the reason why it is such a great community!

  This is the best place around to get your car serviced. You have a problem and they go out of their way to help you out. Great service at great prices. Always done on time or before. Very thorough and only fix what needs fixing. They service my 2 cars and 3 cars for family in the area. All are very pleased. We will all be back. It's nice to know a place you can trust!
