Craig and Patty are truly amazing! I have been with American Family for over 10 years and by far this office is the best to work with. My basement flooded and it was as simple as making one phone call to Craig and the rest was taken care of. I have multiple policies with them and they have answered all questions within minutes of contacting them. It is great to know good people out there still exist and they should be recognized for all they do for the company and their clients!!!

Amazing work, knowledgeable, and top of the line customer service! I have my life, boat, home, auto, and small business insurance with Craig. Running a small business means getting my insurance certificates to my customers that same day, American Family has done that but to top it off as a great service they have done every certificate within minutes of my request, you can’t beat that. I totally recommend them and thanks to all of his staff! Keep up the great work.

Craig and his wife, Patti always respond promptly and carefully to our needs. Both go above and beyond whenever we have a question, problem or claim. Most recently, our son's car was hit in his school parking lot. The other student's mother, (whose daughter was at fault), didn't want to go through insurance to have our car repaired but instead wanted to pay for our repairs herself. Patti still handled all of the initial conversations with the other party so we would both know where to go, what to do and the best way to handle arranging payment so that I wouldn't have to wade into unfamiliar waters without guidance or get stuck with the repair and rental car bills myself. Best insurance agent EVER!!!
