  I never write reviews, but this experience was so outstanding I am happy to do this. The staff was friendly and helpful and there was almost no waiting. The best part of the visit, however, was the way Dr. Maurer treated me during the tests and the following discussion. She noticed something that will need the help of a specialist and possible surgery. Her willingness to listen and address my concerns was very much appreciated. She was kind, patient and encouraging. Her demeanor, knowledge and genuine care for me and what I was experiencing developed a deep TRUST in her. If you want to be cared for by the best, this is the place to go.

  The doctors and staff are courteous, thorough, friendly and professional. Up to date technology. Wonderful selection of eyewear, and honest/friendly opticians that really know how to help you pick glasses that you will love! They don't rush you through the process!

  I had a corneal abrasion which was VERY painful. They got me in right away and put in a special contact lense to protect the cornea. I had INSTANT RELIEF. Thank you Palatine Vision Center!!!

  This was my first time coming into Palatine vision center and I was greeted with friendly people which is always good. The doctor was very knowledgeable and the technology they use is up to date and great. The billing was also clear and the selection of glasses were good as well. I'd recommend this place to anyone.

  This was my first appointment with an optometrist ever and I had no idea what to expect. The staff was amazingly friendly and explained everything in great detail. They accepted my insurance and squeezed me into their tight schedule. I was in and it in less than 40 minutes.
