“Billy's is great. I'm a creature of habit so I go there for my favorite Billy's chicken kabobs. Its tender pieces of white meat grilled to perfection. I'm getting hungry just writing about it right now. The fires are made fresh for the order so they are fresh and hot when you get them. Fantastic! I am a bit of a picky eater so to get a review like this one, its quality food, prepared with care, equals a great meal. I highly recommend Billy's. “Rick, from Cypress Builders in Palatine, Illinois, proved to be an invaluable resource for a whole host of design problems and issues during our new construction "green" build that utilized German Passive House principles. After firing our two GC’s, he was kind enough to take on the role of building consultant: Every couple of weeks I would come up with a list of questions, and he would stop by the job site to run through answers and possible solutions --- everything from structural issues, building science details, to more conventional design problems. To his credit, the level of detail involved in a Passive House build didn’t scare him off — it did for many of the other GC’s, carpenters, and siding companies I had out to the job site for estimates. Rick was incredibly generous with his time, knowledge, and experience — it’s no overstatement to say it’s doubtful we would’ve completed our build without him. His decades in the building industry allowed him to offer sage advice, and I always ended up calmer and more confident about completing the next stage of the build after each of his site visits. I would definitely recommend him to anyone in the Chicago suburbs who is looking to build new or remodel an existing home --- the mix of experience, honesty, and excellent communication skills is hard to find.”

“Never been to this Donut shop until a few days ago, I was very surprised as to how delicious the donuts were. Both days I came it was well after midnight and everything was fresh. The coffee isn't anything to brag about but isn't bad either. I feel this place is a bit over priced even though it's delicious. I was also disappointed not to find a coffee/donut combo. All in all this place is a must one time and then a few more times after that visit for donut lovers like myself.”
