The owner, Tony, was very responsive and came to look right away. After showing up he gave us a very knowledgeable and honest opinion about replacing our air conditioning and heating systems. He was very thorough when explaining our options. He gave us time to think about our options and we never felt rushed or pressured to make a choice. It was easy for us to decide to go with this company to replace both systems. His quote was the most reasonable. He arrived on time the day of install. His attention to detail and meticulous work was very appreciated. The new furnace and AC work great! We now have a very cool home in the summer and a nice warm home for the winter. Furthermore, he is stocking a part that I need so that I don't need to come up with the money up front and that it will be here waiting for me within the week. The parts department stays open very late for those of us that cannot get here during daylight hours and want to wait till after rush hour from 35 miles away. Overall, I feel like we got a great deal and we were in and out in a timely matter. The sales manager was transparent and didn’t go back and forth with negotiating. He gave us the best price up front and was able to beat another quote from another dealer by almost $1000. “I was coming here for past 3 years since I own business close by and the person who works in the morning does not appreciate my business. He complained that I bought $120 worth of lottery tickets and that he has to enter them manually. I will take my business shopping and ticket shopping somewhere else. Guy who works in the evening always been nice to me. There is Walgreen's and Shell station in the same spot, but I wanted to support small business, but I guess they don't need that. Changed from 2 stars to 4 since its not a fault of the guy who works in the evening!”

“This company is terrific! They responded to my initial inquiry within 24 hours. We’ve caught two mice in attic and three squirrels in a trap on the roof. They ask that you txt them and they come out same day to remove the animal. They are very humane. One cold rainy day, they made an extra end-of-day trip to remove a caught squirrel and that made my daughter very happy. Each technician was very knowledgeable and so pleasant. I highly recommend them.”
