Aspire Physical Therapy

Jen treated my daughter for a back injury she sustained in gymnastics. The injury was significant and we knew it would be a long recovery process. Jen was there to support my daughter every step of the way. She set attainable goals for her, and one by one, she was able to meet her goals and continue to progress. My daughter is now back to the gym without restrictions, and I honestly don't know if she would still be on the team without Jen's help. Jen is a phenomenal physical therapist and we highly recommend her!

Jen is one of the best physical therapists that I have ever met. She has gave me stretches, identify what was hurting, has gotten rid of pain, and has got me through many injuries. Even though she is not my PT, I still think she is one of the best. Right now, I have been having this really bad pain which is called a “Hamstring Strain”. The only way I knew it was is because she identified what it was and how to get rid of it. It is hurting less and less everyday because of the stretches she has gave me. This shows how amazing of a PT she is.

Jen is one of the best PTs I have worked with...she individualizes every patient’s treatment plan to help focus on returning them back to their prior level of function rather it be walking during normal activities to an athlete, getting back to their sport.
