The Lakes of Schaumburg Apartments

Office staff is very helpful. This is my first Experience in an apartment in over 20 years. Did not know how to do a lot of the payments office was very helpful, patient and understanding. Kudos to Monica, She made my transition to apartment living an easy and good experience!

Awesome community, great amenities, love the location and the staff!

Highly accessible, great centralized location, minutes away from great grocery stores, the Woodfield Mall, well reviewed restaurants, excellent area walking/jogging trails, calm surroundings & high quality of service with a friendly staff. Its a well maintained community - requests are promptly attended to, common areas are vacuumed several times per week & good quality in-house amenities- stainless major appliances, large/wide bathtubs, washer drier combo and walk-in closets.

The apartments are under new management now and while there have been some transitional hiccups, they are on their way to providing a MUCH better experience for the tenants. Since coming under new management, my wife and I have experienced some issues that were the result of the staff changing hands, but we would go straight to the offices to sort them out and felt very strongly that they were on our side throughout the whole thing. Perhaps in a few months time, I'll be back on here to give a full 5 star rating!
