    So many trails! Inside this area of forest preserves is some of the more remote areas in the whole Palos-Sag region of preserves. It is south of the traditional Palos-Sag area of forest preserves that you see on the maps just north of this place...so know your way around, don't get lost, and enjoy the natural beauty.

    The trails are well groomed and marked. This is where I run when im tired of city streets and noise. Not that they were ever bad but CCFP district has been doing really well with the resources they have recently and it's a joy to walk, run, or bike on all the trails.
    Most trails are also horse trails so watch out for road apples.
