  This place was amazing...my King and I attended a wedding here and I was impressed! Especially the golf cart ride to the Chapel from the parking lot. The staff is really friendly and accommodating!

  So glad to see that this place is still the place where dreams come true!
  
  My husband wanted to get married in Chicago, as this is where he went to grad school - we were from and living in Michigan at the time.
  
  I believe I called the county clerk’s office to find out the requirements for marriage in the state of Illinois and asked about a place to get married. One of the places she suggested was this chapel. My sister living in Illinois went to check it out and fell in love with it’s quaintness!
  
  So 25 years ago this past July we were married at The Wayside Chapel and it still brings smiles!! In order to not have people traveling in so many different vehicles we rented a bus. It was perfect for not creating any unnecessary anxiety with the Chicago traffic!
  
  The Chapel’s distinctive architectural design blends into the gorgeous grounds almost like a fairy book story ! To us it was a truly a magical setting ????
  
  I wholeheartedly recommend this place for a wedding !

  Very serene and old fashioned chapel. I just loved it. I was maid of honor for a friend here years ago & fell in love with the chapel and surroundings.
