She did absolutely everything she could to help me with account maintenance, but was very limited to what could be done without calling customer care. It just sucks to take the time to go into the store, just to end up having to have someone call customer care for you. The girl was 100% willing to help, even though I wasn't buying anything, so that was very nice to see. When I'm ready to buy a new phone, I'd go back to this store. ”
