Danny and Anna are the owners and are fantastic trainers. Just check it out yourself believe me you will not be disappointed.

(November 21, 2019, 9:31 pm)Amazing place to train! I come from a different martial arts background and everyone is patient, encouraging, and willing to help as I learn a new skill. The instructors are extremely knowledgeable! The curriculum and instruction is clear, well paced for everyone, and keeps you fit both mentally and physically! All of the other members are equally as kind and welcoming. If you're interested in MMA this is the place to go! You won't regret it.

Teach adult & kids classes, have awesome workout & self defense classes and you learn about respect and being humble also. Welcomed like family the minute you step foot into this gym!!

Immediately after my first class i knew this is where i wanted to be.The instructors are so knowledgeable and patient. I also couldn't as for a more encouraging and supportive environment. I would highly recommend Intercept MMA to everyone !

Everyone is welcomed kindly and the curriculum is for all levels from beginner to intermediate.
Danny is an amazing coach and knows what he's talking about.
The gym has a fighting team too for anyone who looks to compete.
