My family have been with the Farmers Insurance for many many years (over 50). I was concerned when I informed my agent would be changing. I was so impressed with Jessie she took the time to meet me over the phone we had a wonderful conversation and any concerns she was able to answer my questions and give me piece of mind. Recently she made a visit to our home which blew my away, I didn't realize this was a agents practice. We had a family member at our house when Jessie arrived and they comment our agent has never made a visit.
