  Nice atmosphere. The trainers are the highlight of this gym from what I have seen, they are so energetic, positive, pleasant and in top of their game.

  UPDATE - they said I must have canceled far enough in advance and reversed the charge so it will no longer be sent to collections.
  
  The gym itself is fine, however when I cancelled my membership they tried to charge me for the month after I had cancelled even when I notified them in advance and was told that was ok. They still charged me for the extra month and I had to do a chargeback on my credit card. Then they emailed me saying the payment would go to collections - very poor customer service and handling of the payment situation - will do anything to get an extra month's cash I guess.

  Studio is very clean and the coaches are super supportive. Highly recommend!

  I have been a member of many gyms. This is the only gym I can honestly say the staff goes out of their way to smile and remember your name. I actually feel like I be long here. The gym is generally clean and is never over crowded. The only negative thing about this location is that it lacks many amenities other locations have such as tanning beds, items for sale and massage tables.

Anytime fitness in a Westchester has the best trainers. You're in good hands with any of the trainer... s. The classes they offer are also great to take so far I have done synergy class on Mondays , yoga on Tuesdays and Thursdays and did the boot camp class on Saturdays.
