  Mike B. Went far & beyond than the normal standards of his jobs. He made sure I was satisfied when I sat down from when I left the lot. His customer service was promotional worthy.

  I have had bk dismissed, and just started a new employer and had no transportation and no others options to get to work. Can't make money if you can't get there right? I literally would have had to walk miles to get to commuting transportation and would have cost me at least 35.00 a day in a cab or more just to get to transportation which literally cost 180.00 a month in addition. I have had a negative experience previously with other dealers who say they can help you. They give you false hopes and bait and switch once you arrive only to be deceived. Speaking to the guys at Planet Honda really made my day. The staff was excellent, and that is coming from a person who has over 35 years experience in Customer Service. When you in customer service you expect the same... and with Planet Honda the that is exactly what I received!!!!! I was pre- approved on line, told what my options were "Honestly," came in test drove, made a decision and within three hours tops driving my new car !!!! I am so happy !!!! You guys will get my referral to anyone who is starting over... If you want the best Planet Honda goes over and beyond to get the job done!!!! Bravo!!!!!!!! Keep doing what you are doing!!!! Putting your Customer's needs first, understanding that things happen and creating a positive customer experience AWESOME!!!! If you Leary, and need a dealer that pulls no punches, honest , dependable and reasonable, GO TO PLANET HONDA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  Mike was awesome very Excellent customer service he found me the right car in my price range and got me the best offer very family Oriented my mother and grandma loved him. And now I am walking out the door with my Kia forte!!!! Keys in hand thank you brother for an awesome time at planet Honda
