(December 19, 2018, 9:32 am)The previous review was not for enterprise. It was meant for drive time. There was a glitch for some reason. We unfortunately have had to rent from enterprise often due to our cars being down. This enterprise. Has been more than accommodating.
Sorry about the reviews being mixed up. No idea how that happened. -

(October 29, 2018, 11:02 pm)I rented a car over the phone from some national rep for enterprise. I reserved a smaller car and was told it would be ready when I got there. I was there about 30minutes later and was told the car wouldn’t be ready for a couple hours. But the representative, Tyler Joldersma, took care of me in quick order. He got another car that was one level up and still honored the price I was offered. Tyler did it seamlessly and professionally. Thank you to him and THAT is what customer service is about!!

The guys here made my experience very seemless to add on extra days and help make my experience in another vechicle the best. I give this location 1million thumbs up and these guys here really go above and beyond to make your travel experience the best it can be no matter your circumstances. Thank you.
