(January 19, 2018, 7:11 pm)We have been coming to National Karate since August 2017 with my two oldest children. We originally planned to do just the free trial but they were both instantly hooked. Karate is almost all they talk about anymore. Mr. Rosas is an incredible teacher, as are all the other teachers (including Miss Herrig, Miss Chiappetta, Mr. Fernandez, Mr. Iwanski, and others!). This program has improved their focus, drive, and I’ve never seen them happier. Such a great quality karate facility!

(January 18, 2018, 7:59 pm)Great place to learn! All the instructors are friendly and knowledgeable! Definitely recommend this location for people of any age that want to learn martial arts!! Arnoldo Rosas does an amazing job running the school and is excellent with the kids, mixing inplenty of humor with the discipline and technique.

(January 18, 2018, 7:59 pm)We having been coming to National Karate in Elk Grrove for 2 1/2 years. Our son absolutely loves it! He has learned so much and has had so much fun! The instructors have been awesome and Mr Rosas is always so welcoming! He is never too busy to give you or your child his attention! His school and Mr Rosas himself, is second to none!

(January 18, 2018, 3:12 pm)National Karate is a great martial arts school! I love being a student here learning Karate, Krav Maga, and getting a great workout through the aerobic Kickboxing classes. I learn something new ever day! Mr. Rosas is a fantastic instructor who is incredibly passionate about his job. I can't recommend this school enough! Come in, check it out, and see for yourself!
